Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Lockedin Social website, mobile web app, and related features. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

When we say "Lockedin Social," "we," "us," or "our," we mean the operators of Lockedin Social.

• You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is compromised, being used unlawfully, or violating these terms.

You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you will not:

• use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service;
• upload or share content you do not have the right to use or disclose;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• reverse engineer or bypass security protections except where the law clearly permits it.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Lockedin Social. However, you give us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for the content you create, the calendars you link, and the people you choose to share with. If you share events, habits, goals, or accountability activity with other users, they may be able to view that information according to your settings.

Lockedin Social may allow you to connect a Google account and import selected Google Calendar data. This feature is optional and is also subject to Google's terms and policies.

• The current Google Calendar connection is read-only.
• Connecting Google Calendar allows the app to list your calendars and import event data for calendars you choose to link.
• If Google changes, suspends, or revokes API access, related features may stop working without liability to us.
• Your use of Google-linked features is also described in our Privacy Policy.

The app may include optional AI-assisted planning or drafting tools. These features are provided to help you create or refine plans more quickly, but they may produce incomplete or incorrect output.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated suggestions before relying on them. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may also delete your account through the in-app account settings.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or threatened the security or integrity of the service.

Lockedin Social is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
